My name is Darian, and I’ve always believed that business challenges are like light hitting a prism: they look complex and overwhelming until you find the right angle to refract them into a clear, manageable spectrum. With years of experience as a Business Partner Manager, I’ve sat in the seat where the "bottom line" meets "people problems." I’ve seen firsthand that the most successful companies don’t just have great products—they have cultures that are intentionally designed and strategies that are co-created with the people who execute them.

I didn't start Prism Strategies to be just another consultant who hands over a 50-page binder and walks away. I founded this firm to be a collaborator.
